Handy Pdf Overview

Handy Pdf is a FREE desktop application that converts pdf files to jpeg images to read on handheld devices like PSP.
It is written in Java, and at the moment can run under Windows platform. Theorically, Handy Pdf can run under Linux, with proper Qt distribution.
Features:

• Each page is in a different jpeg file
• Negating result for longer battery life
• Configurable dpi
• Group generated jpeg files in folders
• Converting result to grayscale for smaller file size
• Progress bar of completion

Planned features:

• Foldering by bookmarks in pdf file
• Finding a good logo/icon

Future work:

• Deploying same functionality as a web service
